Senior AI Engineer (Mobile Service Development)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across telco service platforms and related AI Agent

• Lead DevOps activities for new products, developing AI agent to improve efficiency for product platform testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and production rollout

• Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection standards are met

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices

• Support Patent, software copy, innovative project initiatives and application

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of backend programming, cloud-native application development or AI application development experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines

• Professional certifications related to Cloud, AI techniques are highly valued

• Additional certifications in telecommunication technologies (5G Core, VoNR, PCF, Charging Systems) are a strong advantage

• Actual implementation experience in some of the following: Golang, Python, C++, C#, Java, Kotlin, and Bash scripting, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)

• Hands-on experience in AI Agent development, familiar with AI related tools/platforms/techniques, e.g. n8n, Dify, Langchain, Claude Code, MCP, Skills, etc.

• Development experience in Kubernetes and related cloud-native environment, e.g. Git/CI/CD, container orchestration, microservices architecture, scalable infrastructure design etc.

• Exposure to telecommunication protocols is an advantage

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
