A leading Hong Kong organisation seeks Senior AI Engineer to advance Generative and Agentic AI, leveraging open-source LLMs, RAG, and embedding technologies while driving ethical innovation through transformative, high-impact artificial intelligence projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing advanced solutions using generative AI technologies.

• Design and develop smart embedding techniques to boost AI model performance

• Build and implement AI applications using frameworks like Lang Chain and LangGraph

• Create and improve a prompt library, making it better with user feedback

• Fine-tune large language models, especially open-source or China-based models like Qwen, Llama, and Mistral

• Oversee data labelling processes to ensure high-quality training data

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you should have substantial experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies, particularly within generative AI projects.

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields

• 3-5 years of experience in AI or machine learning, with at least 1 year focused on Generative AI

• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain

• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or on-premises

• Great problem-solving skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
