AI Engineers

with a Software Engineering background who thrive on building elegant, scalable systems from the ground up.

You’ll be joining a small, world-class team working on distributed platforms, data-driven AI tools, and core infrastructure supporting advanced technologies. This is a true AIengineering role where you'll be designing, building, and scaling complex solutions that solve real problems!

Role

• Design and build production-grade AI systems

• Implementation and designing of RAG architectures

• Full scale voice solutions

• Building LLMs

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the engineering organisation

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer with a background in Software Engineering

• Strong knowledge of

Python

• Knowledge of advanced RAG systems including large scale retrieval architectures

• Experience building full life cyc;e conversational AI chatbots with voice.

• Understanding of

software engineering best practices

— testing, CI/CD, clean code

• A genuine interest in AI systems, automation, and applying engineering to real-world impact
