The Role & Landscape: As the driving force behind AI innovation, you will lead the conceptualization and development of advanced Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions. This is a highly visible, deeply technical role where you will:
- Build & Innovate: Design and code AI-powered prototypes from scratch, validating emerging technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, OCR) based on accuracy, performance, and cost.
- Iterative Engineering: Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications through rapid, agile enhancement cycles.
- Architecture & Selection: Autonomously evaluate and select optimal technology stacks, workflows, and frameworks for specific enterprise use cases.
- Risk & Compliance Alignment: Architect secure AI solutions, defining robust risk containment measures (e.g., "human-in-the-loop" and "human-outside-the-loop" guardrails) and presenting these designs to InfoSec and Compliance teams.
- Drive Productionization: Ensure a smooth transition of successful PoCs to BAU operations teams through comprehensive documentation, knowledge sharing, and enterprise-standard repository management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on application development and software engineering experience within a commercial, in-house organization (Consultancy backgrounds will not be considered for this specific role).
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong grasp of advanced mathematics essential for AI (Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics).
- Core Engineering: Exceptional hands-on coding skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA) and deep familiarity with containerization (Docker) and modern repository management (GitHub/GitLab).
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience with LLM Workflow Orchestration (Dify, LangChain, LangGraph) and LLM development (HuggingFace, vLLM, LoRA, embeddings).
- Vision & OCR: Solid understanding of Computer Vision (CNNs, YOLO, OpenCV, RTSP streaming) and OCR models (Azure, Google Vision, Paddle).
- Communication: Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. Must possess the down-to-earth ability to explain complex AI architectures to non-technical business units.
