Senior AI Research Engineer

Design and execute experiments to validate research hypotheses and measure model performance. Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI research roadmap. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI model development and deployment. Present research findings and technical progress to internal and external audiences. Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong publication record. A minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in AI/ML. Deep understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and mathematical foundations. Expertise in one or more specialized areas of AI, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly. Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
