Responsibilities: Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Design, implement, and evaluate novel AI models and algorithms. Develop and optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Stay abreast of the latest research papers, academic publications, and industry trends in AI and machine learning. Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing. Develop and maintain robust codebases for AI research and development using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Design and execute experiments to validate research hypotheses and measure model performance. Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI research roadmap. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI model development and deployment. Present research findings and technical progress to internal and external audiences. Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong publication record. A minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in AI/ML. Deep understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and mathematical foundations. Expertise in one or more specialized areas of AI, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly. Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
