Our client is seeking a highly innovative and experienced Senior AI Research Scientist to join their cutting-edge team in Chicago, Illinois, US . This role will focus on architecting and developing advanced deep learning models and AI solutions that will shape the future of their industry. You will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in artificial intelligence, contributing to projects that span natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of novel deep learning architectures. Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex AI problems and translate research findings into practical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, identifying opportunities for innovation. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. Develop and maintain robust evaluation frameworks for AI models. Contribute to the publication of research findings in top-tier conferences and journals. Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of AI systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI model deployment and performance. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of significant contributions to deep learning research and development. Expertise in major deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas). Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
