Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions. This role will focus on building enterprise-grade AI systems, defining architectural standards, and enabling reusable, governed AI frameworks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems that collaborate and communicate effectively
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks at enterprise scale
- Define and enforce best practices for scalable, reusable, and governed AI solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing platforms
- Build and optimize pipelines leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Develop and consume APIs for seamless system integration
- Collaborate with data engineering teams using platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain
- Proficiency in working with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Solid understanding of API development and integration
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
- Prior experience defining AI governance and best practices
