Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analyst at our Chicago, IL office. The primary responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction support, market research, and preparation of marketing materials. Additionally, the role involves direct client interactions, conducting due diligence, and supporting senior bankers in executing a variety of transactions. You will be an integral part of the deal team, working closely with clients to achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction support
• Experience with market research and preparation of marketing materials
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in M&A, transaction advisory services, accounting, private equity, or corporate finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
