A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Conversational AI Analytics to join their Digital & CX analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the measurement framework for conversational AI products, defining KPIs and tracking performance metrics
Conduct mixed-methods research to analyze user experience and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and ensure alignment with data governance standards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UX analytics, product analytics, or a related data-focused role
Proficiency with analytics and BI tools for building dashboards and reporting
Strong understanding of UX research methods and conversational AI concepts
Experience analyzing conversation-level data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
Familiarity with SQL for querying conversation logs; Python or R knowledge is a plus
