We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Analyst - Digital Insights to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing digital performance, providing actionable insights, and driving data-informed decisions that enhance our digital strategies. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to assess digital trends, customer behaviors, and campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital performance metrics across various channels (web, social media, mobile, email) and platforms to assess customer behavior and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to define KPIs and track the success of digital campaigns and product features.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within digital channels.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for improving user experience, content effectiveness, and digital marketing ROI.
  • Use advanced analytics techniques, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation, to evaluate digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, digital technologies, and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data gaps and implement processes to collect, cleanse, and analyze digital data effectively.
  • Lead the development and automation of regular reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Expertise in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
