We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to support Accounts Receivable operations and month‑end financial close activities. This role is responsible for timely invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and reporting, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank monitoring and identify income and commission receipts.
  • Prepare and issue invoices; record receipts and maintain AR in the accounting system.
  • Track overdue balances and follow up with providers, advisors, and intercompany counterparts.
  • Prepare adjustment entries for clawbacks, recharges, and offsets.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, and AR ageing.
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support GST reporting, audit requests, and annual regulatory submissions.
  • Handle ad‑hoc finance and receivable‑related enquiries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in finance or accounts receivable.
  • Familiar with accounting systems and Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
