A company is looking for a Director / Managing Director, Senior Analyst of High-Yield Corporate Credit.
Key Responsibilities
Sole coverage of companies in specified sectors to recommend and monitor leveraged credits for CLO platform and opportunistic credit funds
Evaluate full capital structures with fundamental analysis, risk awareness, and financial modeling
Prepare investment recommendations, memos, updates, and contribute to portfolio management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of directly relevant investing experience
Expertise across capital structures, industries, debt restructurings, and legal documentation
Conduct independent research for due diligence and risk identification
Knowledge of CLO constraints and mechanics
Prefer CFA and / or MBA, with a background in math or accounting
