The U.S. Consumer Services Team drives our diverse consumer products, services, and experiences, focusing on transforming membership into a competitive advantage while fostering leadership development every day.

The USCS Control Management Risk ID & Assessment team aims to identify and mitigate risks associated with our business processes, systems, and platforms. We seek a Senior Analyst to incorporate control management into daily operations through extensive collaboration across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying risks within business processes and systems alongside process owners.
  • Facilitate risk assessments for business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal expectations.
  • Support control monitoring and summarize key operational risk trends and activities.
  • Proactively identify high-risk areas needing intervention and conduct quality assurance tests.
  • Compile thematic risk reports highlighting risk levels, trends, and root causes.
  • Map controls against risks and processes for cross-business unit assessments.
  • Assist with identifying risks related to new product governance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain risk dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and risk profiles for ongoing monitoring.
  • Share insights and best practices across the enterprise to enhance risk management practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in operational risk management, specifically within risk or internal audit functions.
  • Solid understanding of key operational risk management lifecycle activities.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of process governance related to compliance with policies and operational standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks and identify trends effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in identifying operational risks across business processes and systems.
  • Experience in facilitating risk assessments to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with independent control monitoring and identifying areas for control improvements.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance and thematic risk reporting for actionable insights.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
