Senior Analyst - Pricing

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Pricing.

Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to support critical pricing and revenue decisions in a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that influence both short-term decisions and long-term strategy. Duties:

• Analyze pricing decisions, market benchmarks, and financial impacts across existing business
• Deliver time-sensitive insights, scenario modeling, and decision support
• Build and maintain pricing, revenue, and forecasting reports and tools
• Partner with Finance, Billing, Accounting, and Planning to ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Analyze trends and support strategic planning and automation initiatives
• Work with enterprise systems supporting pricing, AUM, CRM, billing, and financial modeling

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics Business
• Master's degree or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue, or financial analysis (asset management or similar industry)
• Strong understanding of asset-based fees and complex pricing structures
• Solid accounting and revenue recognition knowledge
• Advanced analytical, modeling, and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
