  • Drive New Initiatives: Collaborate with Engineering and Product partners to establish essential data pipelines and derive insights.
  • Bridge Data Gaps: Communicate effectively with engineering teams to address data discrepancies and support downstream users.
  • Take Charge: Proactively resolve issues across the entire data stack.

  • Generate Business Value: Work with stakeholders from data and product teams to maximize commercial value from data.
  • Develop Streamlined Data Models: Create curated data models that enhance ledger verification and accounting workflows to expedite finance operations.
  • Suggest Improvements: Utilize a deep understanding of the reconciliation process and data expertise to recommend engineering optimizations that enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Holistic Integration: Partner with PMs to integrate cross-product data into a unified framework, optimizing key metrics for financing products.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work together with Finance/Accounting to transform requirements into enduring data models and engage with upstream teams to refine source data agreements.
  • Outcome-Focused Approach: Leverage diverse frameworks to identify the best tools for delivering value.
  • Innovate Scalable Workflows: Create new abstractions like UDFs, Python packages, and dashboards to bolster scalable data operations.
  • Support Internal Development: Establish internal debugging frameworks to enable non-technical stakeholders to contribute quickly.
  • Prioritize Quick Wins: Utilize established tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL) to swiftly generate meaningful impact.
  • Enhance Financial Integrity: Implement robust data quality assurance measures and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear criteria for financial correctness.

What We Look For in You:

  • Robust Understanding of Data Models: Strong grasp of best practices in designing reusable data models and curated datasets for analytics.
