Role Overview
Rockwoods is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with P&C insurance experience who can bridge business and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Build analytics datasets and reporting layers
- Develop dashboards using Tableau / Power BI
- Work across Policy, Billing, Claims, Finance
- Perform data mapping, validation, and testing
- Translate business needs into data models and insights
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in analytics / data roles
- Strong P&C Insurance domain experience (must-have)
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience with data validation and testing
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
