Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of data infrastructure and ELT pipelines to support business operations

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in managing analytics or data engineers

Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

Experience in building and operating production-grade ELT pipelines and data models

Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers or self-serve data models for cross-functional teams
