Senior Analytics Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to lead complex analytics initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project discovery sessions and conduct advanced ROI assessments

Develop solution designs and oversee UAT processes for complex solutions

Generate insights and conduct scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field

4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles

Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies

Expert knowledge of analytics tools including Tableau and Power BI

Understanding of agile project management principles and UAT methodologies
