Broadstaff is partnering with a rapidly growing data center platform to hire a Senior Associate, Corporate Development. This role sits at the intersection of M&A, finance, and operations, offering direct exposure to acquisitions, deal execution, and business performance in one of the fastest-growing sectors in infrastructure.

What You’ll Do M&A / Deal Execution (50–60%)
- Underwrite acquisitions of data center and real estate assets
- Build and maintain financial models (valuation, IRR, cash flow analysis)
- Analyze financial statements and assess investment performance
- Support due diligence, including coordination with internal teams and external advisors
- Assist with transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing
Corporate Development & Strategy (40–50%)
- Support post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
- Analyze business operations and identify value creation opportunities
- Conduct industry and market research to inform growth strategy
- Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and expansion planning
Financial & Operational Analysis
- Provide ongoing financial insights and reporting
- Support forecasting and internal decision-making
- Evaluate performance across assets and portfolio investments
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Accounting (Big firm experience strongly preferred)
- Transaction Advisory / M&A consulting
- Corporate finance or financial analysis
Core Skills
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (critical)
- Deep understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting M&A transactions or due diligence
- CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
- Exposure to investment banking or private equity is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ (flexible based on experience)
- Bonus: Performance-based
