Senior Associate, Data Analytics

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain analytical infrastructure for portfolio performance monitoring and reporting

Develop metrics and strategies to improve funder and underwriter effectiveness and reduce delinquency rates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and refine underwriting models

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field

4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or statistical modeling

Strong proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)

Experience with data scripting languages such as Python, SAS, or R

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
