Minimum Year(s) of Experience:

4 years

Demonstrates strong abilities and/or a proven track record of effectively managing and addressing client needs:

• Building Generative AI and traditional AI solutions, including analytical model development, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, and both front-end and back-end integration.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI opportunities, gathering requirements, and developing solution approaches.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and selecting appropriate analytical models for AI use cases.
• Designing AI/Generative AI architectures for custom applications and plugin-based solutions.
• Processing structured and unstructured data for large language models, including developing SQL queries and building database connectors.
• Managing daily operations of a global data analytics team, reviewing models, and providing constructive feedback.
• Guiding data engineers and other data scientists in delivering effective solutions.
• Leading the development of proofs of concept and production use cases in collaborative teams.
• Creating and facilitating presentations for clients.
• Coaching associates and providing feedback to enhance performance.

Demonstrates strong capabilities in functional and technical domains, including:

• Managing AI application development teams with back-end and front-end integration skills.
• Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras) and familiarity with LLM development frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with analytical techniques like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization.
• Understanding vectorization, embedding, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.
• Experience or knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git for version control, and experience with testing and CI/CD processes.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. The actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
