Job Description

This role requires working Pacific Time Zone hours. This position is available for candidates based in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the Outlook Investor Services inboxes, address routine client inquiries, and manage ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Post fund and investor-level documents on the investor portal while coordinating with other teams for necessary approvals.
  • Manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring timely dispatch of capital call and distribution notices.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to maintain standards, assess operational effectiveness, and propose enhancements for process improvement.

  • Salary for this position is dependent on experience and location, ranging between $70,000 - $85,000.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
  • Possess strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
  • Exhibit exceptional client service, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Deliver accurate, detail-oriented work under high-volume demands and tight deadlines, with a willingness to extend working hours when necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, supported by a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
