Responsibilities: Define system-level requirements for autonomous driving features and functionalities. Design and architect robust autonomous vehicle systems, integrating various subsystems. Develop and manage system integration plans and test procedures. Oversee the testing, validation, and verification of autonomous driving software and hardware. Identify and resolve complex system-level issues and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate closely with software, hardware, AI, and safety engineers. Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262). Contribute to system design reviews and technical documentation. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in autonomous driving technology and systems engineering. Mentor junior engineers and share expertise within the team. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a significant focus on autonomous vehicles or robotics. Proven experience in defining system requirements, architecture design, and integration. Strong understanding of perception, sensor fusion, path planning, and control algorithms. Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., CARLA, SVL) and data analysis techniques. Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet). Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
