The Role & Landscape

As the Senior AV & Enterprise Collaboration Specialist, you will be the definitive SME and primary owner of the firm’s Asia‑based AV and collaboration ecosystem, ensuring seamless, secure, and highly reliable hybrid collaboration across global offices.

Architect & Deploy Design

Design, integrate, and deploy enterprise‑grade Cisco AV solutions (Pro Board, Room Kit, Desk Pro) and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).

EUC & Endpoint Management

Administer modern workplace infrastructure using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for device configuration, compliance, and seamless software deployment across Windows 10/11 environments.

Hardware Ecosystem Integration

Integrate and optimize a complex array of third‑party AV hardware, including Crestron, Shure, Logitech, and digital signage platforms (Samsung/LG).

Project Leadership

Spearhead AV and EUC project streams for new office build‑outs, system hardware refreshes, and continuous technology lifecycle management.

Global Collaboration

Partner with global Windows and Infrastructure Team Leads to standardize collaboration tools worldwide while managing vendor relationships and procurement.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in AV Engineering, Unified Communications, and End User Computing (EUC), preferably within financial services or highly demanding corporate environments.
• AV Mastery: Deep hands‑on expertise with Cisco systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and modern audio/video integration.
• Microsoft Stack: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing and advising C‑level executives, senior directors, and VIP stakeholders under pressure.
• Problem Solving: A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting complex call quality, networking, and application issues in high‑stakes meeting environments.
