Work in an agile team to develop and implement business intelligence (BI) solutions
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements
Design, build and deploy Microsoft BI solutions to enhance decision-making capabilities
Develop and execute database queries, optimize data models, and maintain technical documentation
Analyze business processes and make improvement recommendations on the application of BI and report development
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Power Query and DAX
Participate in team meetings to track project progress and ensure the achievement of project objectives
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related fields
3-5 years of work experience in business intelligence, data analysis or relevant areas
1-3 years of experience with the Microsoft BI Stack, including advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Reporting Services (SSRS), and proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
Solid background in data warehousing and ETL processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate and work proactively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with MongoDB or other databases
Programming experience in data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
