The Senior Business

Analyst - Fiber Market & Regional Performance supports strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights on Fiber market, regional, and channel performance. This role is responsible for analyzing penetration trends, activations, churn, order flow, and funnel performance metrics to inform go-to-market strategy and structured business steering routines. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights that guide decisions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Fiber markets achieve required penetration targets and sustain performance momentum. This position requires strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and storytelling ability to support performance optimization across regions and channels.

Job Responsibilities Fiber

Market & Regional Performance Analysis - Analyze performance across Fiber regions and markets including penetration (Active Subs / Eligible HHP), activations, churn, order trends, install pipeline, and subscriber growth. Identify leading indicators, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.

Funnel Performance Analytics - Evaluate end-to-end funnel performance including awareness, lead generation, conversion, installation, and retention trends. Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and velocity across the customer lifecycle.

Channel Performance Insights - Assess performance across sales and distribution channels, identifying trends in conversion, productivity, and contribution to overall market growth.

Business Steering & Executive Reporting - Build recurring dashboards and executive-ready presentations that synthesize regional and market insights. Support structured business reviews with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Dashboard & Data Model Development - Design and enhance reporting frameworks using enterprise data sources (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks). Ensure consistency, scalability, and accuracy of performance reporting.

Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Data Science teams to define KPIs, align reporting needs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects - Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform investment decisions, competitive response strategies, and growth optimization initiatives.

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends across penetration, conversion, churn, and subscriber growth drivers

Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling executive narratives

Strong business acumen and understanding of go-to-market performance levers

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and reporting integrity

Qualifications Bachelors degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience; acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or similar degree

4 years of data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics experience

4 years of SQL experience with performant querying of large datasets

4 years of Tableau (or similar BI tool) dashboard development and data visualization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks)

Experience analyzing telecommunications, broadband, or subscription-based businesses

Experience working with penetration-based growth models

Experience supporting executive-level business reviews

Experience building performance scorecards and KPI frameworks

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States
