Job Type: Contract (this role is a 6-month assignment)

Job Salary: $62-$64/hour

Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives with a focus on AI and data‑driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical outcomes while managing project delivery from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects through planning, execution, and delivery

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and data‑driven capabilities into business processes

• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, BRDs, functional specifications, and status reports

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices

• Manage risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectations

• Provide clear, concise communication to technical teams and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM

• Demonstrated experience delivering AI or data‑driven initiatives

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• Experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira or MS Project

• Proven ability to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders

• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills

Pay: $62.00 - $64.00 per hour
