Senior Business Analyst – Vendor Risk & Executive Reporting

What is in it for you:
- Salaried: $55-65 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate: $68-78 per hour.
- 11-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Remote on Monday and Friday.
- On-site Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic narratives tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze vendor, procurement, and risk data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Support vendor risk assessments and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, risk, compliance, and business teams to gather requirements and align deliverables.
- Track vendor-related and regulatory issues, escalating risks when necessary.
- Document processes, analyses, and meeting outcomes to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Maintain standardized templates, visual assets, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement, vendor management, risk, or compliance within a regulated environment.
- Strong expertise in executive communication, including presentation development and data storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools for reporting and visualization.
- Solid understanding of procurement lifecycles, vendor onboarding, and third-party risk frameworks.
- Experience with compliance, audit processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to UX/UI concepts and process improvement initiatives is considered an asset.
