Position Overview
We are excited to welcome a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with outstanding clients through either of the following methods:
- Team Augmentation: Integrating directly into our client's team to work alongside their existing designers and engineers.
- Design & Build: Joining a FullStack product team to develop and deliver solutions for our clients.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency is a must.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Strong capabilities in analyzing large data sets to evaluate program performance, detect trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar modern data platforms for data querying and analysis.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent for dashboard and report creation.
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience in designing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to work with trustworthy data products and derive meaningful business insights.
- Familiarity with standardized metrics frameworks for reliable reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of Data Product Deployment Patterns and leveraging analytics with production-ready data assets.
- Experience in supporting Data Access & Self-Service Patterns that empower business teams to explore and analyze data autonomously.
- Familiarity with Data Sharing & Inter-Domain Exchange Patterns for orchestrating datasets across various teams or domains.
- Strong grasp of data governance, compliance, and secure data access protocols.
- Experience in modern data ecosystems emphasizing data products, governance, and scalable analytics.
- Ability to address new and challenging issues, contributing to libraries as necessary.
- Skilled in maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive mindset coupled with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Relevant experience in operating on large, complex systems.
- Taking full ownership of your work and commitments.
- A commitment to understanding FullStack's clients' goals and delivering on agreed-upon commitments.
- Availability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
