Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives within a telecom network operations organization.

This role requires a senior-level BI professional with expert Tableau skills, advanced SQL expertise, and strong UX capabilities in dashboard design. The ideal candidate will be able to transform complex operational data into intuitive, executive-level dashboards that drive business decisions.

Experience in telecom, particularly with RAN-related reporting, is preferred but not required.

Required Core Expertise

• 1. Expert Tableau Skills
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Tableau, including advanced dashboard development and data visualization.
• Ability to build high-performance, executive-level dashboards that present complex data clearly and effectively.
• 2. Advanced SQL Skills
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
• Ability to extract and transform data from multiple sources to support analytics and reporting needs.
• 3. UX Expertise in Dashboard Design
• Strong UX/UI experience in designing dashboards that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
• Ability to create reporting solutions that improve usability and stakeholder adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions using Tableau
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support analytics and reporting needs
• Design dashboards with a UX-first approach, ensuring usability and impactful data presentation
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions
• Support workflow automation and data preparation using Alteryx as needed
• Provide reporting support for business operations and telecom network performance initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, wireless infrastructure, or telecom OEM environments
• Exposure to RAN performance metrics, deployment KPIs, or network operations reporting
• Experience with Alteryx
• Strong analytical and statistical reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
