Senior Strategy Analyst – Business Intelligence

This is a

high‑impact analytics role

within a fast‑moving consumer business backed by a wider group of established global brands.

We’re looking for a

commercially minded BI specialist

who can own data, build insight, and influence decision‑making across Sales, Operations and Finance. If you love turning complex data into clear, actionable insight — this role puts you right at the centre of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the

end‑to‑end Power BI environment

(models, dashboards, governance)

• Building scalable dashboards used by

senior leadership

• Delivering insight across

sales performance, margin, inventory, operations and finance

• Translating large, complex datasets into

clear strategic recommendations

• Managing order book, inventory performance and sell‑through analysis

• Acting as the

go‑to BI expert

across the business

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in

BI, commercial analytics or FP&A

• Background in Retail, fashion or B2C sectors.

• Advanced

Power BI

skills (data modelling, DAX, ETL, SQL)

• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder communication

• Comfortable working with

ERP systems and large datasets

• Detail‑driven, proactive and confident presenting insights to senior teams
