About The Team We are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to support Monee Insurance marketing analytics, driving data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business impact. The role focuses on traffic analysis, user journey funnels, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior, partnering closely with Marketing, BD, and Product teams to translate data into actionable insights.

It requires strong hands-on capability across deep-dive analytical work and acute business sense to influence strategy and execution.

Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end marketing and growth analytics for Monee Insurance, covering traffic acquisition, user journey funnels, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior across channels.
  • Evaluate paid media and growth performance to identify key drivers, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities that improve conversion efficiency and ROI.
  • Define and maintain core marketing and funnel metrics, ensuring consistent measurement frameworks across campaigns, experiments, and product initiatives.
  • Perform deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to address complex business questions, including funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, and channel- or campaign-level performance reviews.
  • Support attribution and tracking design to ensure accurate measurement of marketing initiatives and reliable downstream analysis.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization efforts by supporting test design, performance evaluation, and insight generation to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Synthesize analytical findings into clear, decision-oriented insights that directly inform strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM-related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering) or Business Analytics
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI / Data Analytics, with a strong focus on marketing, traffic, or growth analytics, preferably gained in e-commerce, insurance, or fintech platform environments
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience using Python and/or R for analysis and modeling
  • Experience in building automated dashboards and reports using BI / visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify appropriate data sources and analytical approaches for ambiguous marketing questions

Good To Have

  • Familiarity with common tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tagging, and link tracking platforms
  • Knowledge of paid media KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), with a solid understanding of marketing funnels and attribution concepts; familiarity with A/B testing methodologies is a plus
