Role: BI Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Qlik technologies

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Qlik technologies to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView
- Build and optimize ETL processes and data models
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization
- Provide technical documentation and user support
- Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs (REST/JSON)
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (SaaS and on-prem) and QlikView
- Experience with NPrinting for reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience in ETL development and data transformation
- Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is desirable
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and project tracking tools (JIRA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Qlik certifications (Data Architect / Business Analyst)
- Experience working with global clients (preferably U.S.-based)
- Exposure to multiple industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Oil & Gas
