Senior Business Product Manager - 29567

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Product Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of a Patient CRM product suite. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, integrating capabilities across Access Solutions, Population Health, and Customer Engagement, and ensuring successful delivery through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic vision, execution excellence, and stakeholder leadership within healthcare or patient-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for Patient CRM solutions
• Define and execute product roadmaps, features, and release timelines
• Drive data-driven experimentation to improve product performance and adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product launches
• Align stakeholders and communicate product vision and value
• Mentor program and operations managers
• Gather user feedback and continuously enhance product capabilities
• Support integration across CRM, population health, and customer engagement platforms

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management or digital product operations
• Experience owning product strategy and execution from concept to delivery
• Strong experience with product roadmaps, feature planning, and timelines
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar)
• Knowledge of patient engagement and omnichannel strategies
• Experience driving innovation and experimentation

Contract Details

• Schedule: Standard 8-hour shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
• Work Model: Fully On-Site
• Interview Process: Two virtual rounds
• Pay Rate: $101.26/hour paid weekly
