As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer / Data Scientist, you will be in-charge of custom model development, training, as well as optimizing the pipeline for real-time analysis of multiple cameras feeds on custom hardware. You will be leading the team of our junior engineer / data scientist to conduct machine learning to improve the accuracy of our computer vision system. You will also assist in creating the software stack that will utilize our CV models and apply them in real-life applications as a final deliverable product.You will be require to work with our backend team to ensure the ML-Ops pipeline is compatible with our other software development backend.
Job Duties
- Contribute to attention and object tracking system
- Responsible for developing software to analyze real-time video data using Computer Vision
- Coordinate and collaborate with a small team of engineers reporting to Project Manager and CTO
Required Skills:
- Familiar with OpenCV2 for Python is required.
- Familiar with Jupyter (Python).
- Familiar with pytorch is preferred.
- Knowledge on Test Driven Developement (TDD) is required.
Knowledge in Event Driven Architecture is required.
- Knowledge in Containerization (Docker / Docker Compose) is preferred.
- Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (AWS Cloudformation / Terraform), and experience in AWS service is a bonus.
- Previous Experience in Computer Vision / Machine Learning is preferred.
- Familiar with source control, feature branching and automated deployment using git and not afraid of the unix/linux shell.
- Experience in Handling Camera and Camera Hardware / Software / Firmware is advantageous.
- Any experience with embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Mini PC) is advantageous.
Desirable Skills:
- C/C++, Python, Golang experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Pytorch & Tensorflow
Software development background is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think laterally.

- Attach at least two examples of other projects you have worked on (with working code and tests - GitHub repo preferred)
