About the Role:

As a Senior Construction Scheduler at Crusoe, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure critical to Crusoe’s mission. This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives
  • Collaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals
  • Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
  • Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
  • Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal and external teams to ensure schedule accuracy
  • Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
  • Track schedule deliverables, dependencies, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis with
  • Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear concise updates for internal and external stakeholders and leadership
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
  • Certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA a plus

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $165,000-$210,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
