Responsibilities:
- Generate electrical panel drawings, electrical circuit and BOM lists based on machine functionality.
- PLC, HMI, PC and Robotic programming.
- Conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT)
- Conduct machine operation and maintenance training.
- Update design progress to control design head.
- Create operation and maintenance manual for machines designed.
- Ensure design completes within given timeline.
- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation.
- Supervise and assist Control Engineer
- Any additional task assign by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably having experience in the Advance Manufacturing field, company will provide the OJT, training for Robotic and E3 series and support for upgrade skills course training.
- Minimum 5 year of automation control design or programming experience.
- Proficient in Electrical design CAD software.
