We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to design, implement, and support industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Emerson Delta
V DCS and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms and will support projects from design through commissioning and startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems using Delta
V DCS and Allen-Bradley PLCs (Control Logix / Compact Logix)
- Develop PLC logic and control strategies using Rockwell Studio 5000 / RSLogix
- Configure Delta
V modules, phases, and equipment modules
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and plant startup activities
- Integrate PLC/DCS systems with SCADA, HMIs, and plant networks
- Troubleshoot and optimize control systems in a production environment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering
- 7+ years of controls engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with DeltaV and Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Experience with industrial networks and communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, Modbus, OPC)
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience
