Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer specializing in robotics for a fully remote position. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated control systems for advanced robotic applications. This role requires a deep understanding of control theory, embedded systems, real-time programming, and robotics kinematics/dynamics. Responsibilities include developing control algorithms, implementing sensor integration, programming PLCs and microcontrollers, and performing system testing and validation. You will work closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems into robotic platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing robust and efficient control solutions for complex mechatronic systems.
