The Role

You will be the on-site project lead, responsible for delivering multiple building integrations from start to finish.

Hybrid setup:

• 3 days on-site across Boston site projects

• 2 days WFH (planning, coordination, reporting)

What You will Do:

• Own full project delivery from mobilisation through commissioning

• Manage subcontractors (primarily electricians), ensuring quality, safety, and timelines

• Lead panel startup, point-to-point commissioning, and system validation

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and multiple live projects

• Act as the primary client contact during delivery

• Ensure successful integration between building systems and platform

You will typically manage:

8-10 projects in your pipeline

3-5 active installs at any one time

What is Essential

• Project management experience within BAS / controls / HVAC

• Subcontractor management experience in the field

• Strong BMS/BAS controls background

• Hands-on commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Niagara experience is beneficial, not essential.
