Job Overview:
We are seeking a (Senior) Corporate Finance Analyst to support fundraising initiatives and drive M&A evaluations and executions. This role offers hands-on involvement in strategic transactions and close collaboration with senior leadership and external partners. Candidates who demonstrate qualifications and experience beyond the stated requirements may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and executing corporate transactions, including equity fundraising, M&A, and debt financing.
- Develop and maintain financial models for fundraising, investment analysis, and M&A evaluation.
- Prepare pitch decks, valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, transaction benchmarks), due diligence documents, and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
- Assist in assessing potential M&A opportunities, including financial impact and valuation modeling.
- Coordinate transaction documentation, data rooms, and due diligence processes with internal teams and external parties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
- Up to 4 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development, or similar deal-focused roles.
- Prior exposure to fundraising processes.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
