A company is looking for a Credit Products Specialist Sr - Specialized, Equipment Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify trends affecting credit quality Mentor junior credit professionals and engage with senior leadership on credit negotiations Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience 8+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management Experience in specialized commercial industries or corporate commercial banking Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements Strong leadership skills and understanding of macroeconomic factors impacting credit risk
