The Role
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst you’ll play a critical role in shaping, delivering and optimising Existing Customer Management strategies for VBG through robust, data driven insight. You’ll develop deep expertise across the customer management lifecycle, understanding every aspect of decisioning and customer touchpoints. The role leads complex analytical projects that balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives, ensuring recommendations fully consider both business and customer implications. You’ll support the optimisation of lending decisions through structured test and learn initiatives, identifying champion strategies that drive growth while maintaining credit quality and responsible lending standards. With responsibility for accurate and appropriate decisioning.
