Required Qualifications :

Experience leading operational teams in credit risk or financial services, preferably in ecommerce or payments

Strong analytical skills and experience managing credit exposure and financial loss mitigation

Familiarity with AI tools and an AI-first mindset

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate risks effectively

Experience managing operational health for high-volume teams
