Key Responsibilities

Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions

Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify trends affecting credit quality

Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership in credit negotiations

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience

8+ years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, and risk analysis

Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy

In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors impacting credit risk
