Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Manager to lead the group’s customer relationship management strategy across Hong Kong and the APAC region.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping CRM vision, leveraging data analytics, and driving impactful CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM Strategy Development
  • Define and execute comprehensive CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to generate actionable customer insights
  • Translate data into business strategies that improve ROI and customer experience
  • Drive CRM Campaigns & Personalisation
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels
  • Implement segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation strategies
  • CRM Systems & Transformation
  • Oversee CRM platform optimization and integration across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints
  • Enhance customer journey mapping and digital engagement capabilities
  • Regional Leadership (HK & APAC)
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies across Hong Kong and regional markets
  • Ensure consistency while adapting to local customer behaviors and market dynamics
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM and analytics team

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of CRM and data analytics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in retail CRM or consumer-facing industries
  • Strong expertise in
  • CRM strategy and lifecycle management
  • Data analytics and customer insights
  • CRM campaigns, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience working across Hong Kong and APAC markets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
