We are seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Manager to lead the group’s customer relationship management strategy across Hong Kong and the APAC region.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping CRM vision, leveraging data analytics, and driving impactful CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM Strategy Development
- Define and execute comprehensive CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives
- Champion Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage advanced data analytics to generate actionable customer insights
- Translate data into business strategies that improve ROI and customer experience
- Drive CRM Campaigns & Personalisation
- Lead the development and execution of targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Implement segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation strategies
- CRM Systems & Transformation
- Oversee CRM platform optimization and integration across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints
- Enhance customer journey mapping and digital engagement capabilities
- Regional Leadership (HK & APAC)
- Develop and implement CRM strategies across Hong Kong and regional markets
- Ensure consistency while adapting to local customer behaviors and market dynamics
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive customer-centric initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM and analytics team
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- 10+ years of CRM and data analytics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in retail CRM or consumer-facing industries
- CRM strategy and lifecycle management
- Data analytics and customer insights
- CRM campaigns, segmentation, and personalization
- Experience working across Hong Kong and APAC markets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
