Senior Application Support Analyst – C/ETRM

$130,000 base + benefits
We’re hiring for a Senior Application Support Analyst directly within the trading floor of a leading trading house in Houston.
This isn’t a typical support role sitting away from the business, you’ll be on-site, working side-by-side with traders and operations, supporting a live CTRM environment in real time.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting a live CTRM system in a fast-paced trading environment
- Troubleshooting production issues (data, trades, risk, settlements)
- Working closely with front office, ops, and business users on system queries
- Analysing data flows across the full trade lifecycle
- Writing and optimising SQL queries to investigate issues
- Contributing to ongoing system improvements and fixes
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience working with a CTRM/ETRM system
- Solid SQL skills (this is a big part of the role)
- Experience in application/production support (L2/L3 level)
- Comfortable working directly with traders and business stakeholders
- Background in commodities trading environments (oil/crude ideal)
- Working eligibility in the US with no sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with Entrade, Endur, Allegro etc.
- Any exposure to Java or Python
- Experience coming from a CTRM vendor or trading house

- Based full-time in Houston (5 days onsite)
