About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Camunda, you’ll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them turn complex process orchestration and automation goals into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll sit at the intersection of business impact and technical possibility—guiding customers through adoption, growth, and renewal while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support. Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $143,400.00 to $231,200.00
United Kingdom: £90,000.00 to £148,100.00
Singapore: S$178,100.00 to S$267,100.00
Canada: to C$152,300 to C$250,500
