In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview. You will enable AI-driven insights-including Copilot, forecasting, and anomaly detection-to support informed business decision-making. Working closely with business leaders, you will ensure enterprise data is trusted, accessible, and actionable.
Enable AI-Driven Insights
- Implement Natural Language Q&A and Copilot-powered analytics to enhance data consumption.
- Develop and deliver AI-enabled use cases, including forecasting, anomaly detection, and KPI-driven insights.
- Empower business users with self-service analytics and data-driven decision capabilities.
Build and Scale the Data Platform
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop high-quality data models and interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Drive standardization of data architecture across the APAC region to ensure consistency and scalability.
Strengthen Data Governance and Trust
- Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for data governance, lineage, and cataloging.
- Define data ownership, stewardship, and KPI definitions to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Improve data quality, transparency, and reliability across enterprise systems.
Partner with the Business
- Translate business requirements into practical data and AI solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and operational stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and data modeling.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Platform is preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Experience in data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview) is advantageous.
