What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Identify and communicate business opportunities and recommendations through data analysis and programming
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead research project design and validation, guiding iterative improvements
- Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and meet objectives
- Create and support business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific discipline, mathematics, applied statistics, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and synthesizing findings
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data analysis projects
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or other querying languages for data set creation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of the Human Resources business area and associated data
- Familiarity with big data, machine learning, or data science concepts
- Experience across multiple business areas and familiarity with associated data sources
